OKA’s at The Villa is located within the historic building of The Villa – an imposing 19^th century palazzo, what used to be the summer residence of one of Malta’s leading 20^th century industrialists and one of the oldest structures in the Balluta area. Named and inspired by its setting in Balluta, the Maltese word for “oak tree”, OKA’s at the Villa reflects strength, heritage, and a deep connection to place.

Two kitchens, one home. Rosami upstairs and OKA’s downstairs, share more than just a roof. What begins in one kitchen may be transformed in the other; a single ingredient, two interpretations, both honouring the same whole.

From the prized cuts to the overlooked ones, from cherished recipes to forgotten flavours, every dish is born from the belief that nothing of value should be lost, especially the memories tied to food.
